Our Story
We’re here to help doctors be the best patient care providers they can be. That’s how we started, and that’s how we’ll evolve.
When Dr. Graham Walker and Dr. Joe Habboushe created MDCalc in 2005, its purpose was to support a clinician’s workflow and to drive confidence in clinical decision-making.
With the help of some of the most incredible clinicians, researchers, and medical societies, MDCalc has experienced rapid organic growth to become the most broadly used medical reference for clinical decision tools and content, trusted by millions of healthcare professionals globally.
Now, we’ve expanded MDCalc with a thoughtful and seamless EHR integration that brings our mission and countless benefits to entire health systems. We can’t wait to find out what tomorrow may hold.
